As far as buying seasonal weapons goes. players who "earned" those weapons during that season did so through playing the game. There was no big quest for them, you got on, you played, weapon dropped. Now that those seasonal weapons are in kiosk, newer players get to do the same exact thing, they jump on, they play to get materials and then they spend those mats on the weapons.
